I mixed 3 freshly squeezed oranges with a banana, an 8th of a pineapple and 5/6 large strawberries to obtain a nice and well-balanced smoothie in which all flavours could be tasted.

I started detoxing in Autumn 2004 first for 10 days then extended it to a month. I now detox twice a year in spring and autumn a month each time, and can only highly recommend doing so. Here are examples of what I eat while detoxing. Feel free to recommend new vegan free of processed food recipes
