Oct 5 Lunch: Left over..
So today it is a mixture of radish, dal, and steamed vegetables

I started detoxing in Autumn 2004 first for 10 days then extended it to a month. I now detox twice a year in spring and autumn a month each time, and can only highly recommend doing so. Here are examples of what I eat while detoxing. Feel free to recommend new vegan free of processed food recipes
