Nov 11 Lunch: Roasted vegetables (long red pepper, sweet potatoes and potaoes)

Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peeled and cut the potatoes ( both types). ! long and large sweet one, and 2 large normal ones.

Cut in their length the two red pepper.

Put all of them in a dish, pour olive oil on top with some herbs such as fines herbes, or dried basil, and cook in the oven for an hour.
