As a starter, a simple tomatoes salad with olive oil and some herbs.
As a main course, the left over from last night dinner, i.e. mashed potatoes with coconut milk, with some broccoli.

I started detoxing in Autumn 2004 first for 10 days then extended it to a month. I now detox twice a year in spring and autumn a month each time, and can only highly recommend doing so. Here are examples of what I eat while detoxing. Feel free to recommend new vegan free of processed food recipes
