Nov 20 Lunch: Couscous with carrots, broccoli, green peas and red peppers

Another quick fix meal.

Boil some hot water. Pour some on the couscous and let it rest for 5 minutes. And pour the rest in a pan to which you add a mix of frozen vegetables such as carrots, broccoli and red pepper and green peas
