Nov 19 Lunch: red lentils with okras

In a pan of boiling water, cook some red lentils until ready.

In parallel, in another pan, pour some olive oil and some black and white mustard seeds, then add the washed and cut in two along the length okras. Let it cook until the okras are very tender.

Then cover half a plate of the red lentils, and the other half of the okras to have a very nice dinner
