Having had some overtasting coconut meals over the past few days I was very cautious not to add too much coconut milk, and might have ended up adding too little of it ( 1/3 of a can).
In the coconut milk, add two small butternut squash cut and peeled, and some water, let it cook on the fire until the butter squash pieces are very tender. When this is the case, blend together, and enjoy this very nice soup.
I did... even if I would have loved to taste just a bit of the coconut.
