Nov 26 Lunch: Rice noodles with stir fried vegetables

While frying in a wok the following vegetables: yellow carrots, orange carrots, beansprouts, leeks, sugar snap peas, chinese mushrooms, water chestnuts, you cook the rice noodles in boiling water off gas.

When the noodles are ready, drain them and add them to the wok for a few minutes, then serve
